A pan-London framework will be established that will allow boroughs to procure finance services and systems from a leading provider of services to local government.

The framework, which has been created by Capita Local Government to provide a joint finance managed service for Wandsworth LBC and Richmond upon Thames RLBC, has the potential to be rolled out to other councils in the capital.
