Capita snaps up Tribal health and government business

Outsourcing firm Capita has acquired the health and government arm of rival firm the Tribal Group for £15.87m.

Outsourcing firm Capita has acquired the health and government arm of rival firm the Tribal Group for £15.87m.

The move follows the disposal of Tribal Resourcing's advertising and e-solutions business to TMP Worldwide for £1, and the subsidiary's chief executive, Julie Towers' departure to rival recruitment firm Penna.
