Cardiff restructure slashes management team

Cardiff City Council has announced plans to cut its management team by four as part of its savings programme.

Cardiff City Council has announced plans to cut its management team by four as part of its savings programme. 

Under the plans, the current posts of director of health and social care and director of children's services will be merged into a new single role of director of social services.
