Care directors' warning after record bed blocking figures

Council directors have issued fresh warnings after a record proportion of delayed transfers of care were put down to social care.

Council directors have issued fresh warnings after a record proportion of delayed transfers of care were put down to social care.

NHS England said 38% of delays in June 2017 were attributable to social care, up from 33.1% in June 2016.
