Better Care Fund stand-off continues

The stand-off between the Local Government Association (LGA) and Better Care Fund (BCF) officials will continue after Smith Square refused to endorse the latest guidance.

The stand-off between the Local Government Association (LGA) and Better Care Fund (BCF) officials will continue after Smith Square refused to endorse the latest guidance.

Smith Square said it continued to oppose targets for reducing delayed transfers of care contained in the refreshed BCF operating guidance for 2017 to 2019.
