Like local authorities up and down the country, Hertfordshire CC is facing up to the twin challenges of reduced Government funding and increased demand for our adult social care services.

The pressures on our budget are significant. Our 2016/17 budget is our lowest for five years, which gives a clear indication of the level of savings we've had to make.
