Time to Change, a growing social movement run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, is working to change the way we all think and act about mental health problems.

Since we began in 2007, around 4.1 million adults in England have improved attitudes towards mental health problems. That is an improvement of 9.6% between 2008 and 2016. And more people than ever are able to be open about their mental health problems.
