Chief at centre of tribunal claim has left role, council confirms

The London borough chief executive who was put on extended leave after the council lost an employment tribunal has retired from her role, it has emerged.

The London borough chief executive who was put on extended leave after the council lost an employment tribunal has retired from her role, it has emerged.

Kim Smith - previously known as Kim Dero – was found by the tribunal to have conspired with other senior members of staff at Hammersmith and Fulham LBC to doctor a dismissal letter.
