New chief executive announced for East Lothian

Laurence Rockey is to be the new chief executive of East Lothian Council.

Laurence Rockey is to be the new chief executive of East Lothian Council.

Rockey is currently director of the Scotland Office and will replace Monica Patterson, who is to retire after 15 years with the council including five as chief executive.
