Chief executive appointed to head new partnership

Oxfordshire CC and Cherwell DC have appointed Yvonne Rees as their joint chief executive.

Oxfordshire CC and Cherwell DC have appointed Yvonne Rees as their joint chief executive.

Ms Rees will take the reins from October 1, when a Section 113 partnership between the two councils comes in to effect.
