Chief officer appointed for East Midlands devolution

Mark Rogers has been appointed as the interim chief officer of the East Midlands devolution programme.

Mark Rogers has been appointed as the interim chief officer of the East Midlands devolution programme.

Mr Rogers will help in the establishment of a new mayoral combined authority covering Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Derby and Nottingham, having previously served in a similar role in the formation of the West Midlands Combined Authority.
