Controversial Lender Option Borrower Option (LOBO) loans could be looked at again by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).

The loans have been in the spotlight in recent weeks after they were probed by Channel 4's Dispatches programme and a hearing of the Communities and Local Government (CLG) Committee.
