City council to vote on chief executive appointment

Jillian Kay is expected to be appointed as permanent chief executive at Southampton City Council.

Jillian Kay is expected to be appointed as permanent chief executive at Southampton City Council.

Kay is currently corporate director of wellbeing at Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council and has previously served as director of local government policy and director of resilience and recovery at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
