Commercialisation expert to replace Lockwood

Harrow LBC’s corporate director of resources, Tom Whiting, has been promoted to interim chief executive.

Harrow LBC's corporate director of resources, Tom Whiting, has been promoted to interim chief executive.

Mr Whiting, who joined the council 12 years ago as head of strategy and performance, is known in the sector for his innovative work on income generation and commercialisation.
