Company Solicitor

The Role:

* Responsible for providing a wide range of commercial legal services to the group, its senior management team and board and to manage external legal advice (e.g. property and employment) and add value to the group's main commercial activities.

The Requirements:

* Lawyer to practice in England and Wales.
* 4 – 5 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
* Experience of commercial contracting, public private partnerships, acquisitions and business transfers, general advice in relation to intellectual property, data protection, and support company secretarial matters, ability to liaise with external firms providing support on property and employment advice and legal counsel, strong communication, negotiation and drafting skills, the ability to write clear advice in report form and to inspire confidence at all levels in the organisation, assertive, and with a professional and proactive attitude to work.
* Based in Bromley (very close to Bromley South railway station).
