Nottingham City Council has charged the Government with reneging on a promise to cover the costs of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nottingham City Council has charged the Government with reneging on a promise to cover the costs of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The council is to introduce emergency savings and draw on reserves to cover a £38m shortfall.
