Portsmouth City Council has boosted its new property investment strategy by buying a shop in Swindon for £9.7m.

Portsmouth City Council has boosted its new property investment strategy by buying a shop in Swindon for £9.7m.

The purchase of the Matalan retail warehouse comes after the council bought a Waitrose in Somerset for £13m and an industrial warehouse near Gloucester for £8m.
