Council buys retail park for £53m

Croydon LBC has completed the £53m purchase of another freehold site in the borough to provide additional income for frontline services.

Croydon LBC has completed the £53m purchase of another freehold site in the borough to provide additional income for frontline services.

It is anticipated that the purchase of Colonnades Retail and Leisure Park will provide an annual income of around £1.4m, net of interest and other costs.
