The chief executive of West Northamptonshire Council has joined calls for long-term funding to alleviate care worker shortages.

Anna Earnshaw has put her name to a joint statement with local hospital CEOs Simon Weldon and Heidi Smoult raising urgent concern about the impact on the wider health system in the busy winter months.
