Barnet LBC officers are ‘hopeful' that it will not be hit by a fine of up to £50,000 from The Pensions Regulator.

Officers have told the regulator that ‘genuine and sustained efforts' were being made to improve the service after being ordered to fix problems with its pension scheme.
