Alun Davies has been appointed the new cabinet secretary for local government as part of a ministerial reshuffle in Wales.

Although Mark Drakeford will remain cabinet secretary for finance, Mr Davies will take over responsibility for local government in a move aimed at providing new 'drive and energy'.
