Harborough DC is to lose its third senior officer in a few months next week.

Norman Proudfoot, who has worked at the council for 25 years, only became sole chief executive in 2020, is due to retire at the end of this month, with the local authority refusing to confirm or deny the existence of a settlement agreement.
