The number of vulnerable households receiving a council tax reduction in Scotland has fallen by almost 7% over the past two years, data reveals.

The number of vulnerable households receiving a council tax reduction in Scotland has fallen by almost 7% over the past two years, data reveals.

Figures released by Scotland's chief statistician today revealed 515,260 households saw their council tax cut in June 2015, 37,120 less than in April 2013.
