Four councils that came together in a bid to provide improved and more cost-effective environmental services are expected to move away from joint commissioning.
Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Merton and Sutton LBCs awarded an initial eight-year contract to Veolia in 2017 as part of the South London Waste Partnership (SLWP).
