Two councils have denied negotiations have taken place over inquiries into child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Two councils have denied negotiations have taken place over inquiries into child sexual abuse and exploitation.

So far only Oldham MBC has been confirmed as one of five local inquiries that will be held after the Government ruled out a statutory national inquiry into grooming gangs.
