Councils hit new low in value for money survey

The amount of people who believe they are getting value for money from local authorities is falling, according to a survey for the Local Government Association (LGA).

The amount of people who believe they are getting value for money from local authorities is falling, according to a survey for the Local Government Association (LGA).

According to newly-published polling carried out in June, just 38% of polled in agreed that their council provided value for money while 32% disagreed, and 29% neither agreed nor disagreed.
