Council leaders from Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire will open devolution talks with Whitehall today.

Council leaders from Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire will open devolution talks with Whitehall today.

They will meet with cities minister Greg Clark to start negotiations on a ‘ground-breaking' devolution deal that would lead to the region taking control of jobs, skills and transport.
