Richard Flinton, is set to become the first chief executive of the new North Yorkshire Council.

Richard Flinton, is set to become the first chief executive of the new North Yorkshire Council.

Currently CEO of North Yorkshire CC, the appointment is subject to a vote by the county council next month.
