A High Court judge has urged other local authorities to learn lessons after throwing out a bid to stop Cornwall Council terminating a £160m contract.

A High Court judge has urged other local authorities to learn lessons after throwing out a bid to stop Cornwall Council terminating a £160m contract.

In a decision last month, Mr Justice Knowles said BT Cornwall (BTC) should not be granted an injunction to block the council from ripping up its controversial outsourcing contract with the corporate giant.
