Creating compelling conversations

Councils are made up of many different departments, disciplines and silos. And, with hybrid working throwing a further dynamic into the mix, ensuring joined-up, effective and compassionate communications can often be a challenge. That is why being able to communicate with deliberation, integrity and impact is now more important than ever.

Having recently been invited by South Gloucestershire Council to explore language mastery insights, I am eager to share these core takeaways with the wider community too – to help local government communicate in their most compelling way: individually, as teams, and as a whole council.
