Croydon plans to introduce community infrastructure levy

Croydon LBC could replace Section 106 agreements with a community infrastructure levy (CIL) charging scheme by the end of 2012.

Croydon LBC could replace Section 106 agreements with a community infrastructure levy (CIL) charging scheme by the end of 2012.

The council is currently exploring the potential of CIL and expects to put the proposal to out to consultation in September.
