Ofsted reports into children’s social care cause more damage than good, according to a damning report by outsourcing firm Impower.

Ofsted reports into children's social care cause more damage than good, according to a damning report by outsourcing firm Impower. 

Author of the report, Amanda Kelly, said analysis has found a negative report ‘serves the complete opposite purpose of protecting children'.
