Delivering a digital strategy in Lambeth

Nataša Patterson explains how Lambeth LBC is working towards its own ‘holy grail’ of digital public services.

Lambeth LBC has over 150 lines of business. This becomes a challenge when customers quite rightly want a tailored user experience, but you as an organisation are relying on legacy systems. 

That's why in 2021 we developed a new customer experience strategy and embarked on delivering a council wide digital customer platform with a focus on residence experience to put the framework into action.
