Last week I spent time with a group of passionate Test Valley BC members talking about their role and gathering evidence for the Councillors' Commission.

Most of the members I met in Andover said they had stood for election to the council to ‘make a difference' in their local community. They talked of their efforts to help people – particularly their most vulnerable constituents – get the assistance they needed.
