Deprived areas suffering from 'double disconnect', says JRF

A total of 524 areas in the UK are suffering from ‘double disconnection’ - they are not well connected to jobs or housing – research has found.

A total of 524 areas in the UK are suffering from ‘double disconnection' - they are not well connected to jobs or housing – research has found. 

According to the research from the Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF), poorer areas do not always benefit from economic growth in their regions.
