District chief gets top London borough role

A chief executive who oversaw the transformation of two councils’ workforces into a shared service will be the new boss of Kingston upon Thames RLBC.

A chief executive who oversaw the transformation of two councils' workforces into a shared service will be the new boss of Kingston upon Thames RLBC.

Charlie Adan, who will take up her post in mid-August, will join from Babergh and Mid Suffolk DCs, where she is currently chief executive.
