Doncaster MBC has revised its plan for a 4% pay cut for all staff in order to protect low paid workers.

The authority's directly-elected mayor, Peter Davies, announced changes to the draft 2012/13 budget after the council's Employee Relations Committee met to make the pay cut across the board.
