Norfolk and Suffolk’s plans for a combined authority would be ‘strengthened’ if Cambridgeshire and Peterborough joined, Whitehall will be told.

Norfolk and Suffolk's plans for a combined authority would be ‘strengthened' if Cambridgeshire and Peterborough joined, Whitehall will be told.

Council negotiators from Norfolk and Suffolk agreed they would be open to such an expansion when they meet Lord Heseltine in London at a challenge session next month.
