Ensuring public services thrive for generations to come

As we settle into 2025, I still find myself processing the helter skelter that was 2024. Last year brought significant global changes and a new UK Government, which is setting out its stall for public service reform.

And the case is clear, public services are under immense pressure. Rising costs and growing demand are pushing all our systems to their limits. Public trust is waning and our economy continues to stall. It is time for bold systemic reforms delivering long-term sustainability.
