Government plans for an ‘equality oath' must be for members as well as officers, former Whitehall tsar Dame Louise Casey has argued.

Speaking after communities secretary Sajid Javid launched his plans for a more cohesive Britain, she described the Government's plans as an ‘impressive approach'.
