Cornwall Council's new chief executive has revealed fresh commercial partnerships are ‘not on the table' following termination of the controversial BT Cornwall contract.

Kate Kennally told The MJ Cornwall was ‘committed to learning lessons' from its early termination of a £160m contract with the communications giant, which led to 270 staff moving back in house last month.
