Local government minister Luke Hall has been quietly moved aside, with Simon Clarke taking over his role.

Local government minister Luke Hall has been quietly moved aside, with Simon Clarke taking over his role.

Secretary of state Robert Jenrick is understood not to rate Mr Hall, who was only appointed local government minister nine months ago.
