Almost half of people find the process of giving feedback on council services, consultations and decisions ‘frustrating,' The MJ can reveal.

Councils this week defended their openness to resident scrutiny after research undertaken by Citizens Advice showed more than a third (36%) of over 2,000 people surveyed by the charity described the process of making their voices heard on councils decisions as ‘inconvenient'.
