Extra £60m fraud could be detected in London

Up to £60m a year could be saved by the new London Counter Fraud Hub, data compiled by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) has suggested.

Up to £60m a year could be saved by the new London Counter Fraud Hub, data compiled by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) has suggested.

CIPFA has been appointed to provide sophisticated analytics to the hub, which is due to fully launch early next year after a pilot phase this autumn.
