Refugees minister Lord Harrington has suggested additional funding may be provided to councils to aid Ukrainians' recovery from physical and mental trauma.

The minister spoke in a House of Lords debate called by Conservative peer Baroness Helic, who was herself a refugee fleeing the war in Bosnia during the 1990s.
