A fatalistic approach to care

The only thing integrated in social care and the NHS is death.

Different forms of integration are being touted, by bodies like the Kings Fund (I am on their advisory board) – everything from DIY local solutions to the NHS' favourite: a topdown re-organisation where everyone re-applies for their jobs.
