Former director returns to Cambridgeshire as chief

Stephen Moir has officially been appointed as the new chief executive of Cambridgeshire CC.

Stephen Moir has officially been appointed as the new chief executive of Cambridgeshire CC.

He will return to the authority after a 10-year absence, having previously served as a director at Cambridgeshire between 2006 and 2011.
