Ealing LBC councillors will be asked to approve the appointment of former London borough boss Paul Martin as its new interim head of paid services.

Executive director of children, adults and public health, Judith Finlay, will be acting head of paid services from when Paul Najsarek steps down on Friday December 17 until Mr Martin joins from his current role for the Government of Jersey in February.
