Local government minister Marcus Jones has insisted the new finance system will be designed in conjunction with the sector.

Local government minister Marcus Jones has insisted the new finance system will be designed in conjunction with the sector.

Speaking at The MJ's Future Forum today, Mr Jones said there would not be the typical consultation but rather full-scale engagement with local government on business rates retention.
