Doubts have been cast on the prospects for an overhaul of council funding by Local Government Association (LGA) chief executive Mark Lloyd.

While the LGA continues to press the Government for full implementation of fair funding reforms, he told The MJ Future Forum North they had seen few signs it would be forthcoming.
